Planning & Scheduling - Prepare & track project schedule using MS Project or Primavera- Create micro-level weekly and monthly plans- Forecast delays & develop mitigation strategiesExecution Monitoring - Supervise day-to-day site activities- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, contractorsQuality Management - Implement and monitor quality checklists- Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards- Report non-compliances and ensure corrective actionModern Construction Tools - Experience in using tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, BIM (preferred)- Knowledge of modern construction materials and techniquesTeam Handling - Lead onsite teams (1020 people)- Manage labor teams, supervisors, and subcontractors- Conduct daily toolbox meetingsCoordination & Reporting - Coordinate with Architects, Consultants & Clients- Weekly progress reports with Gantt Charts- Maintain DPR, WPR & MPRCost & Material Control - Track material consumption vs BOQ- Raise timely indents- Control wastage & unauthorized usageSkills RequiredStrong in MS Project / PrimaveraProficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and site documentationFamiliar with CPM, WBS, Risk ManagementEffective communication & leadershipWorking knowledge of municipal compliance & real estate project documentation
