A Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. They work in sales or support, requiring excellent verbal communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to meet daily/monthly targets while updating customer data in CRM systems.
