We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to five years of experience in accounting.Key Responsibilities:1. **Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. You will ensure all transactions are properly recorded and categorized.2. **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. You will analyze financial data to provide insights that help in decision-making.3. **Tax Preparation**: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. You will stay updated on the latest tax laws to avoid penalties.4. **Budget Management**: Support the creation and monitoring of budgets. You will help track expenses and revenues to keep the organization on target financially.5. **Reconciliation**: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that records match bank statements. Identifying discrepancies and resolving them will also be part of your role.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree in finance or accounting. Below is the JD as requested :Reviewing of software and manuals jobs for accounting and bookkeeping works.The candidate will be responsible for supporting the job managers in reviewing VAT Returns, processing bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, Year-End accounts etc. for U.K. based clients.Knowledge of the below software is desired but not essential:Sage Line 50, Xero, Iris, Quickbooks, CCH etc.
