Prepare trial reports and other Customer Support process documents. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues either by taking remote access or by visiting customer place. Communicate clients via call, E-Mail, SMS. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate manner.Note: - Only Male candidates are applicable.Freshers can also apply.
