Well versed with Windows XP, Windows 7, Antivirus, basic Networking, Wireless technology and email clients like MS-Outlook troubleshooting. Ability to handle computer hardware and software issues independently. Knowledge of remote and network tools like RDP, Net Meeting, Web-ex, VPN, etc Proven work experience as a technical support engineer. Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. Good time management skills.
