Manage the client level portfolio lending process.o Recruit, select, and orient new clients to the lending program, policies, and procedures.o Assist potential clients in preparing loan applications.o Analyse loan proposals and make recommendations to Branch Manager.o Attending all the client meeting as per decided time and place.o Document loan utilization proposed by clients. o Achieve the sales target Maintain client level portfolio quality and control. o Follow up loans in arrears.o Prepare daily status reports and submit them to the Branch Manager. Participate as an active member of the overall branch team. o Attend staff meetings.o Participate in quarterly and annual branch planning workshops.o Provide back-up support to other team members as needed.
