Field Sales Lead Generation Direct Sales
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, supporting sales operations, and managing customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, field coordination, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to identify new customers and capture market requirements. Develop and maintain a structured lead database with follow-up tracking. Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and networking. Prepare and execute weekly visit plans to drive business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support conversions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in sales presentations. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support. Analyze competitor activities and pricing to support strategic decisions. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage confidently. Ability to travel for field visits and client meetings. Good negotiation and presentation skills. Desired Skills Market research and analytical ability. Prior internship or experience in sales preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
