Job Description: The Loan Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets. Conduct field visits to explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements. Generate leads through cold calling, field activities, and customer referrals. Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy. Submit loan applications on time and follow up with the credit/verification team. Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide daily/weekly reports to seniors regarding field activities and sales progress.Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 10th pass, 12th pass or Graduate. Experience in field sales, BFSI, or loan sales will be an added advantage ( If have ). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
