Senior ArchitectPreferably looking out for an ideal female candidate to explore the better out of youThe architect should manage client relationships, develop and present design proposals, prepare drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and coordinate with different project teams.Responsibilities1. Create architectural designs/models using computer-aided design software based on input and feedback from clients.2. Manage design projects from concept to completion.3. Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development.4. Coordinate with detailers, contractors, engineers and project managers to facilitate completion of projects.5. Follow local planning regulations and safety standards in design.6. Have concise knowledge of NBC design codes.7. Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise site engineers.8. Compile timelines to track and report on project progress of construction work.9. Work with different teams to provide 3D renders of various designs to help successfully visualise the design.10. Stay up to date with latest architectural trends and best practices.Professional RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following professional assets: Education o Degree Level: Degree o Field of Study: Architect Previous Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as an architect Technical Skills: Creative skills, Design software, active listening.We are willing to train people in these areas if the candidate is otherwise qualified: Industrial precast products.
