Salary Negotiation Co-ordinate with selected candidates for Joining & Selection Status . Taking Care of Pre joining & Post Joining of the candidate. Preparing & maintaining the daily report . Screening profiles from a CTC perspective, Yrs. of Exp, notice period, cultural fitment &communication skills. Conducted interviews as part of selection process, negotiate terms of joining with selectedcandidates and followed through with their joining. Manage the flow of candidates thorough the Recruitment process, from scheduling interviews tobringing new employees on board.
