Salary Negotiation Co-ordinate with selected candidates for Joining & Selection Status . Taking Care of Pre joining & Post Joining of the candidate. Preparing & maintaining the daily report . Screening profiles from a CTC perspective, Yrs. of Exp, notice period, cultural fitment &communication skills. Conducted interviews as part of selection process, negotiate terms of joining with selectedcandidates and followed through with their joining. Manage the flow of candidates thorough the Recruitment process, from scheduling interviews tobringing new employees on board.

JOB SUMMARYThe basic responsibilities would include recruitment, training, and managing ESI, PF & employee documentation. HR Executive may also work with the management to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them.Other responsibilities would include: - Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have- Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts- Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs etc.)- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are must.
