To prepare quotations, trial quotes, tenders, budgetary proposals as per clients requirement.To prepare technical specifications, trial reports, etc. To identify clients and classify them as per the revenue model.To track and follow up with all quotations sent to prospective clients and companys agents.To meet the agents requirements by sending them the required marketing materials. To assist marketing heads and directors in filling up tenders . To communicate with colleagues, agents and directors regarding the existing clients, new enquiries and conveying the appropriate feedback to them obtained from the clients. To send introductory and other letters to clients along with complete company details, product performance parameters and the necessary followup.To update the marketing / propaganda materials for example, updating the quotation list, list of companys installations in various formats general format, industry-wise, pending order-wise, etc. To obtain factory trial and laboratory analysis results and to coordinate with the marketing department and directors for the same. To assist marketing department in preparing write-ups, ads for different water and other environment related magazines and forwarding them for publication after confirmation from marketing heads and directors.To actively participate in the exhibitions held locally by the company and convincing the visitors about the companys product. Audit HWSN Sheet and provide feedback to management update the database regularly.
