The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial quotations, coordinating with the engineering team, and ensuring timely submission of tenders and proposals.Key Responsibilities: Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects like Gold Refining Plants, PGM Refining Systems, and Essential Oil Extraction Units. Study customer inquiries, specifications, and drawings to prepare cost estimates and quotations. Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams to finalize technical offers. Communicate with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries. Follow up with customers on proposals, tenders, and negotiation stages. Maintain and update proposal documentation and quotation databases. Prepare cost sheets, BOQs, and scope of supply documents. Support the sales team in pre-bid meetings, tender submissions, and presentations. Prepare and maintain sales reports and assist in achieving company targets.Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma / B.E./BSC or related field. Experience: 1-2 years in proposal/sales support or estimation for industrial projects, preferably in refining, process plants, or equipment manufacturing. Skills:o Strong technical understanding of mechanical/process equipment.o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).o Experience with AutoCAD or plant layout understanding is an advantage.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.o Strong analytical, cost estimation, and negotiation skills.Key Attributes: Detail-oriented and organized.
