Responsible for providing training to junior Therapists in the clinic. Lead the aesthetic team in the clinic. Responsible for maintaining all the aesthetic processes and records in system. Responsible for counselling and conversions of aesthetic patients. Giving demonstrations to patients. Responsible for renewals and reference collection from existing patients. Perform Hair / Skin Therapies & support services such as hair/skin PRP, Hydrafacials, Medifacials, Laser treatments, Derma-heal and many others which will keep getting added on a timely basis. Ensure high degree of customer service. Responsible for Inventory Management. Responsible for upkeep of aesthetic rooms, equipments and consumables.Qualifications:Neat personal appearance & keep work area clean & sanitised Required 2+ exp in Laser Hair Reduction, Peels, Facial, Mole Removal, Q-Switch, Dermabrasion Good Communications ,Smart Working, Team Work, Should be Presentable, Good Convincing Skills.

Interacting with customers & ensuring a high degree of Customer ServiceWorking along with Dermatologists and cosmetologists in providing advanced cosmetic services.Building a good rapport with customers and suggesting suitable products & services to them.Stock Maintenance and handling calls at the front desk.Good communication skills & pleasing personality.Speaking and understanding the English language is mandatory.Customer Friendly attitude.Great zeal to work in Cosmetic / Aesthetic industries.Orientation towards Customer service and satisfaction.Good convincing skills.Should have prior experience in Hair or Skin industry.
