Job Description:

Responsible for the complete treatment cycle of patients, starting from appointments, follow up, keeping track of missed treatments, upselling and billing.

- Responsible for patients who have opted for treatment.

- Maintain and update treatment files Pre/post treatment.

- Follow up, cancel & reschedule appointments based on doctors’/ patients availability.

- Upload all pre and post treatment photos.

- Assist in other departments as and when required

- Responsible for upkeep of treatment rooms.

- Upselling and cross selling of other treatments.

- Maintaining good rapport with patients at all times.

- Generating referral walk in from existing patients.

- Maintaining high standards and ensuring a decent customer satisfaction score.

- Handle and divert all escalations to the right departments.

- relevant field is mandatory
