Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things marketing and technology, with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.Manage the companys website, ensuring content is up to date and optimized for search engines.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).Experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms like Mailchimp, social media scheduling tools).Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

ResponsibilitiesContent CreationResearch, write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging, and audience-centric content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.Content StrategyCollaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.Understand and incorporate SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.Research & StorytellingStay updated on industry trends, news, and topics to create timely and relevant content.Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy and originality.Editing & ProofreadingReview and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.Analytics & ImprovementMonitor content performance and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.QualificationsA Masters degree in Mass Communication or Journalism.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar.Knowledge of digital content best practices, including SEO.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and engaging an audience.SkillsExceptional research and writing skills.Proficiency in English (or the required language).Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.Familiarity with social media platforms for content promotion.Basic graphic design skills (optional but advantageous).
