ResponsibilitiesI. Human Resource Management:1. Recruitment: Complete Recruitment Cycle2. Employee Performance Review3. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management HR Management: Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Dispute settlements according to labor law & compliance guidelines.4. Attendance of domestic sales staff & other employees which cannot be captured in time machineII. Domestic Sales Administration Weekly planning of sales staff on Saturday. Daily Location Tracking of employees through electronic /other means & matching with their daily report.III. Administration : Assist the sales team. Prepare and then follows up with sales staff on any sales quotations made for clients. Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any strategies to improve. Overseeing any wrong charges by sales staff.
