Full Cycle Recruiting of senior/mid-level. Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through variousrecruiting tools. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, andgain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks andbackground/drug tests. Consistently source and deliver candidates with difficult and hard to find skill sets. Search and recruit quality candidates via database searches, Internet resume banks, jobpostings, job boards etc. Recruitment of passive candidate through outside of the box methods like social medias(LinkedIn, Facebook, Head Hunting, Campus / Institution Hiring etc). Online levering social and professional contacts to find talent throughout India
