a) conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible.b) Observes the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business.c) Practice and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clientsd) Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.e) Responsible for maintaining office space decorum and take ownership of following SOPs.
