Social Media ManagementSchedule, publish, and manage posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Manage day-to-day engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) to build relationships with the audience.Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.4. Community Building & GrowthStrategize and execute initiatives to build and nurture online communities for both personal and brand accounts.Contribute to the development of a newsletter strategy to expand reach and strengthen the community.Support in creating engagement-driven activities (polls, Q&A, giveaways, etc.).5. Personal Branding SupportManage LinkedIn presence for multiple senior professionals with weekly posts.Ensure thought leadership, positioning, and credibility through content that highlights expertise and achievements.6.
