Job Description - Fashion Stylist/Consultant/Sales ExecutiveReporting to : Assistant Manager / ManagerFashionable and well versed Candidates preferredRoles & Responsibilities :* Greetings, Grooming and Customer Service - To ensure he/she is well groomed and ensure proper greetings to customers. Also needs to attend and resolve all customers queries related to product.* Individual targets achievement - To ensure targets monthly given are achieved. To ensure month on month targets are met.* Customer probing and conversions - To ensure detailed probing and pitching the right to customers leading to Customer Satisfaction as well as closing the sales.Skills & Knowledge Required: Selling Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, CustomerService Skills, Product Knowledge, Genuine Enthusiasm for the Company and Product, Empathic Attitude, Ability to Adapt & Prioritize Across Multiple Tasks and Unexpected Situations, Active Listening and Trust- Building.Experience: 0-2 years of Experience in Retails sales, preferably designer garments.Working Hours: 6 days working, store opens at 10:30Location: VAMA Apparels, Kanchenjunga, 72, Peddar Road Mumbai.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

Freelance based on project to project, will be from where you currently reside. Will need working time for clients personal shopping requirements. Basic database of Malls/ designer studios in the city you live in . Make up Artistes database is a plus. Any portfolio with personal fashion or art work will be considered. Payments will be project based depending on the clients billing.

Customer Service: Greet the customers and ascertain the customer needs and wants. Help the customer in finding the right apparel within the store. Answer any customer query regarding the store, products and services.Explain the CRM program to the customers. Visual Merchandising: Replenishment of the stocks to maintain the proper symmetry.Cash Management: Cash and Credit Card Settlement. Manage the point-of-sale processes including software operation. Bag or package the purchase made by the customers.Standard Operating Procedures: Global Count of the entire merchandise present in the store. Recording the manual done transactions the previous day into the computer at the day open. Self-appraisal to be submitted to the store manager. Stock replenishment at the start of the day.Achieving the Sales targets: Meet the individual targets set by the store manager. Act as a team-player in increasing the sales of the store. Achievement of KPIs.Competencies: Achievement Orientation, Self Confidence, Teamwork, Customer focus, Service Orientation and planning skills.
