As a Fashion Consultant, you will help customers choose the right clothing and accessories that enhance their personal style. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert fashion advice and assistance.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and occasions. This ensures personalized service that resonates with individual tastes.- Wardrobe Styling: Recommend outfits and accessories based on the latest trends and the customers body types, ensuring they feel confident and stylish.- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new fashion trends, fabrics, and styles to provide informed choices to clients. This knowledge is essential for effective consulting.- Sales Support: Assist in sales transactions by guiding customers through the buying process and upselling accessories that complement their outfit choices.- Visual Merchandising: Help organize and display products in a visually appealing way in the store. This enhances the overall shopping experience and encourages sales.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion and an eye for detail. Effectively present the product to Customer in terms of features / benefits / applications / pricing / serviceability and demonstrate up-selling & link selling. Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets of the Store. Adhere to established SOP for Customer Service, VM, Store Ambience and other Store related aspects. Share feedback and insights on customers experience with the Store Manager to enhance the same. Keep track of the latest market trends, competition. Assist with all others duties as directed from superiors, from time to time.
