Key Responsibilities:Awareness and Onboarding:Visiting MSME units to create awareness about the ZED scheme and onboard eligible businesses.Guidance and Support:Assisting MSMEs with UDYAM and ZED portal registration, and providing support throughout the certification process.Documentation and Compliance:Collecting necessary data, photographs, and documents, and ensuring compliance with ZED Bronze-level criteria (including health, safety, environment, and quality).Portal Management:Uploading inspection findings, photos, and reports on the ZED portal, and ensuring timely closure of Non-Conformities (NCs).Coordination and Communication:Coordinating with the backend team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth certification.Record Keeping:Maintaining proper records of visited, certified, and pending units.Implementation and Assessment:Conducting on-site visits to MSME units, offering hands-on assistance, and preparing them for successful certification audits.Quality, Safety, and Environmental Practices:Collaborating with businesses to implement and embed robust quality, safety, and environmental management practices.ZED Mobile Application:Ensuring accurate and timely utilization of the ZED mobile application for documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:Promotion and Awareness:Promote Career Domains services and offerings through various channels such as social media, university events, and student organizations.Distribute promotional materials and ensure Career Domains presence is visible on campus.Engagement:Organize and host events, workshops, and webinars to engage with students and provide information about Career Domain.Act as a liaison between Career Domain and the student body, gathering feedback and suggestions.Content Creation:Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos) to share your experiences and promote Career Domains services.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new ideas for content and campaigns.Networking:Build and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including faculty, student organizations, and career services.Represent Career Domain at campus events and career fairs.Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports on activities, feedback, and results to the Career Domain team.Track and analyze the impact of your promotional efforts on campus.
