Key Responsibilities:Awareness and Onboarding:Visiting MSME units to create awareness about the ZED scheme and onboard eligible businesses.Guidance and Support:Assisting MSMEs with UDYAM and ZED portal registration, and providing support throughout the certification process.Documentation and Compliance:Collecting necessary data, photographs, and documents, and ensuring compliance with ZED Bronze-level criteria (including health, safety, environment, and quality).Portal Management:Uploading inspection findings, photos, and reports on the ZED portal, and ensuring timely closure of Non-Conformities (NCs).Coordination and Communication:Coordinating with the backend team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth certification.Record Keeping:Maintaining proper records of visited, certified, and pending units.Implementation and Assessment:Conducting on-site visits to MSME units, offering hands-on assistance, and preparing them for successful certification audits.Quality, Safety, and Environmental Practices:Collaborating with businesses to implement and embed robust quality, safety, and environmental management practices.ZED Mobile Application:Ensuring accurate and timely utilization of the ZED mobile application for documentation and reporting.
