Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales professional to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing project-based sales opportunities. This role involves managing key accounts, engaging with clients, and driving the sales process from enquiry to execution.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales Execution Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities across existing Industrial Clients. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand customer requirements and provide technical-commercial proposals aligned to project needs. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiation, and closing.Project Tracking & Pipeline Management Track upcoming and ongoing projects using platforms (e.g., Tenders, Online Portals, Direct Sources). Maintain and update the project pipeline. Provide timely project status reports and sales forecasts.Technical & Commercial Coordination Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and execution teams to develop BOQs, proposals, and pricing. Participate in pre-bid meetings, technical presentations, and client discussions.Customer Relationship Management Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively managing client expectations and addressing concerns. Key Responsibilities:1. Production Management:o Plan and schedule metal fabrication activities to meet production goals andtimelines.o Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure availability of materials andresources.o Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productionefficiency.2.
