job summary:
we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented project sales professional to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing project-based sales opportunities. this role involves managing key accounts, engaging with clients, and driving the sales process from enquiry to execution.
key responsibilities:
business development & sales execution
identify and pursue new project sales opportunities across existing industrial clients.
build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
understand customer requirements and provide technical-commercial proposals aligned to project needs.
drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiation, and closing.
project tracking & pipeline management
track upcoming and ongoing projects using platforms (., tenders, online portals, direct sources).
maintain and update the project pipeline.
provide timely project status reports and sales forecasts.
technical & commercial coordination
coordinate with internal design, estimation, and execution teams to develop boqs, proposals, and pricing.
participate in pre-bid meetings, technical presentations, and client discussions.
customer relationship management
ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively managing client expectations and addressing concerns.
follow up post-sale for delivery, invoicing, payment collection, and repeat business.
