Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales professional to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing project-based sales opportunities. This role involves managing key accounts, engaging with clients, and driving the sales process from enquiry to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Execution
Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities across existing Industrial Clients.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical-commercial proposals aligned to project needs.
Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiation, and closing.
Project Tracking & Pipeline Management
Track upcoming and ongoing projects using platforms (., Tenders, Online Portals, Direct Sources).
Maintain and update the project pipeline.
Provide timely project status reports and sales forecasts.
Technical & Commercial Coordination
Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and execution teams to develop BOQs, proposals, and pricing.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, technical presentations, and client discussions.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively managing client expectations and addressing concerns.
Follow up post-sale for delivery, invoicing, payment collection, and repeat business.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong project selling and B2B sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Technical understanding of [MEP/Electrical / Fabrication / HVAC / Solar / CCTV, etc.]
