Documentation and Compliance (The Core Function)Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all necessary import and export documents, including:Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.Bills of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bills (AWB).Certificates of Origin (COO) and Inspection Certificates.Shipping Bills and Import Bills of Entry.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to national and international trade regulations, customs laws, Incoterms, and specific country requirements.Manage and file all necessary regulatory paperwork for customs clearance to prevent delays and penalties.Tariff Classification: Accurately classify goods using the Harmonized System (HS) or HSN codes to determine applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs.II.
