Export/Import Docs - Classification & Customs ClearanceLiasoning with Government , Customs.Inter Dept Coordination Regarding Shipments.Follow up with Freight Forwarders/Shipping Lines/ AirlinesClient Correspondence Regarding Shipments and Shipping Advice Etc.Maintaining Close Co-ordination with Client.Coordinating with CHA, Forwarder and Buyer regarding shipment.Creation of pre and post shipment documents.Maintaining a record of shipment documents.augmentation of sales and development of business.

Responsible for Preparing Pre-Shipment Documents- Knowledge of Post Shipment Documents Shipment Coordinate with CHA Responsible for Export Invoice & Packing List and E-way Bill, & any other Docs. Handled paper works required for Air, Road and Sea transportation. Following up with CHA & Liners for Feedback of Container Status. Coordinated Overseas & Shipping Line with Customs agents for Clearance.

Export Documentation, Export Incentives (From DGFT & Custom)/working knowledge of commercial department in import export and trading companies for 1-3 years. We also need CA Inter/M.Com for this position.
