: As a Dealer at HENSEX Securities, you will be responsible for executing trades, tracking the portfolios, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial services operations. Responsibilities:1. Execute buy and sell orders for stocks and other financial instruments as per client instructions and market conditions.2. Monitor market trends, economic news, and company-specific developments and inform our clients.3. Help clients in Managing and maintaining portfolios, ensuring compliance as per their objectives and risk tolerance.4. Provide timely market insights, research reports, and investment recommendations to clients.5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.6. Cross Selling the products to clients.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).2. Min 1 year of experience as a Stock Market Dealer or in a similar trading role.3. Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management.4. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.5. Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.6. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.7. Responsible for placing and tracking client tradee on a daily basis. Responsible for generating new Clients/KYC as and when required. Responsible to send reports to clients as and when required. Responsible for pre & post trade confirmation on a daily basis. Responsible to inform client regarding the upcoming IPOs/Buy Back/OFS/Rights Issue/SLBM etc as and when required. Responsible for ledger confirmation from clients on email on a quartetly basis. Responsible to lead a team of direct equity dealers. Responsible to update and track HNI client trades on google sheet. Responsible to track, retention, shortmargin etc for clients on a daily basis.
