As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and informative lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to help students improve their English language skills. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate with students of varying proficiency levels. You should be patient, encouraging, and able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of individual students.

Should be well presented, disciplined and hold professionalism to the highest prestige.Should ensure the highest levels of quality, integrity and ethics in all activities and create a dynamic and forward looking positive environment for the students.Develop and sustain appropriate management of all the modules of PTE / IELTS.Recording daily attendance and generating mock test reports for the students.The mock test reports must be available by the next working day of the test.Monitoring, recording and reporting performance of all students and be responsible for overall development of PTE / IELTS Scores.Maintain uniformity in the teaching techniques.Follow daily lesson plans and conduct regular classes.Must be responsible for homework distribution and assessment of daily tasks including but not limited to checking writing sheets and conducting speaking.Must be available for early morning, late evening or weekend batches.Maintain discipline in the classroom by enforcing academic policies.Must follow the COVID protocols as suggested by the Organization.Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.Plan and implement educational activities and events.Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly all the time.Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports cards.Attend parent-teacher meetings.Evaluate and document students' progress.Allocate and grade homework, assignments and tests on portal & In-person.Being in charge of teaching and training for students including preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and classroom management.Organizing and arranging the given classes to reach the highest efficiency.
