Classroom delivery of English content to improve students job readiness. Conduct timely student assessments. Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students. Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer. Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies. Sharing training reports as and when required. Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background: Post Graduate or Graduate in English/Journalism/Mass communication / linguistics or in any field,with 1-2 years of experience preferably in English training or teaching. Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent presentation and teaching skills. Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
