Position: Senior Abroad Education & Visa Counselor/Branch Manager (Student Visa Experience of USA, UK and/or Canada)Salary Range: 35,000/- to 60,000/- + Incentives (No bar for right candidate)Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing the business of the branch. Ensure the highest quality of customer service is maintained. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including recruitment, staff development and training. Monitor and track performance against goals and objectives. Set and monitor targets for the branch team. Develop relationships with key partners, such as universities, schools and other education institutions. Represent the branch in meetings and conferences.
