SR. Visa Counselor/ Branch Manager

position: senior abroad education & visa counselor/branch manager (student visa experience of usa, uk and/or canada)

salary range: 35,000/- to 60,000/- + incentives (no bar for right candidate)

roles & responsibilities:

• develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing the business of the branch.

• ensure the highest quality of customer service is maintained.

• manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including recruitment, staff development and training. • monitor and track performance against goals and objectives.

• set and monitor targets for the branch team.

• develop relationships with key partners, such as universities, schools and other education institutions. • represent the branch in meetings and conferences.

• monitor and assess changes in the market and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

• identify and develop new business opportunities within the branch.

• prepare and track budgets, financial reports, and other key documents.

• develop marketing and advertising plans to promote the branch.

• create and maintain a positive corporate culture and work environment.

• manage customer inquiries and complaints.

• identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• develop and implement strategies for streamlining and improving processes.

• analyze data to inform decision-making and track progress

• ensure the branch's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

requirements:

- bachelor’s degree in education or related field

- minimum 4-5 years' experience in the overseas education field (student visa knowledge for usa, uk and/or canada)

- strong business and marketing acumen.& excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.

- ability to develop and execute strategies to increase business.- strong problem solving and decision making skills.- ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- knowledge of foreign cultures, customs and regulations.
