We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills who enjoys building networks and bringing top talent into an organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop recruitment strategies.Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, campus drives) to identify qualified candidates.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.24 years of proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (in-house or agency).Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, job boards, and sourcing tools..Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
