Key Responsibilities:Technical Service & RepairDiagnose and Troubleshoot: Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on complex electronic systems, devices, and circuit boards to identify malfunctions.Repair and Calibration: Execute on-site and in-house repairs, component replacement, and system adjustments, using specialized diagnostic tools, testing equipment (e.g., DVMs), and technical manuals/schematics.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime for clients.Installation and Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission new electronic equipment and systems at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.Technical Documentation: Interpret and utilize complex engineering diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for diagnostics and repair procedures.Customer Support & TrainingClient Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex technical information, repair status, and solutions clearly and professionally.Technical Guidance: Provide training, technical assistance, and guidance to end-users on the proper operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting of their electronic equipment.Issue Resolution: Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of all service issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.Operations & ComplianceReporting: Accurately and promptly document all service activities, repairs performed, performance tests, and customer interactions in service management systems and technical reports.Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, and judiciously order replacements through strong technical expertise.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations (e.g., ESD, IPC, OSHA, ISO standards).Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and product development teams to provide feedback, resolve complex issues, and support product enhancements.
