Job Description

roles & responsibilities:

troubleshoot tea/coffee machines, attend customer calls, rectify faults, and ensure machines are operational.

perform servicing, cleaning, preventive maintenance; verify daily operator reports; maintain monthly service schedules.

maintain excellent customer relations and address concerns promptly.

supervise and coordinate with customers, admin, cres, and senior engineers; manage stock and consumption reports.

train operators on machine handling, cleaning, service, behavior, communication, and safety.

assist in machine demonstrations and installations.

maintain documentation of spare stock, consumption, and calculations.

prepare daily/weekly/monthly work reports as required.
