Job description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Electrical & Electronic Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service support for industrial electrical and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide prompt service support to customers.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description
Install, commission, and test electrical and electronic equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system faults.
Provide timely technical support and service assistance to customers.
Conduct site visits for inspections, repairs, and equipment evaluations.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and service scheduling.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and visit reports.
Ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction through effective service support.
Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service activities and updates.
Follow company safety procedures and industry standards during service operations.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Electrical / Electronic Service Engineering.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documents.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and service assignments.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
