Key Roles & Responsibilities Installation & CommissioningInstall, commission, and demonstrate Batch Coding & Laser Marking Machines at customer sitesEnsure machines operate as per technical specifications and quality standards Service & MaintenanceCarry out preventive maintenance and breakdown servicingDiagnose technical issues and resolve them with minimum downtimeAttend service calls, site visits, and emergency breakdowns Customer Support & TrainingTrain machine operators on usage and basic troubleshootingHandle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolutionCoordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction Documentation & ReportingMaintain service reports, visit logs, and spare parts usage recordsSupport warranty, AMC, and post-sales service activitiesFollow company service SOPs and safety guidelines Technical Skills RequiredExperience with Batch Coding / Laser Marking / Inkjet / Automation MachinesKnowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical systemsAbility to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsBasic software and troubleshooting knowledgeExposure to PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, and control panels will be an added advantage

Job Descriptions for Service / Resident Engineer: Installation & Commissioning of Electronic Weighbridge at the customer site. Giving online software support to customers. Coordination & maintaining cordial relationship with the customers. Fault Finding & Repair of the Electronic Weighbridge. Attend service calls from customers & provide telephonic support. Job involves travelling.
