Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair industrial electronic equipment at component and board level.Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives, VFDs, Servo Drives, Soft Starters, and motor control systems.Perform fault finding using multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools.Repair and test PLC modules, HMI panels, industrial power supplies, controllers, and automation equipment.Analyze electronic circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.Conduct functional testing, burn-in testing, and quality verification after repairs.Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.Support onsite troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities when required.Maintain repair records, service reports, and technical documentation.Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and customer support teams to resolve technical issues.Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance on complex repairs.
