hiring process:

1. initial screening

2. aptitude test

selected candidates will undergo the train operator training program

interview process:

1. aptitude test (10 questions 15 min max) & personal interview

2. technical interview & eye test

3. candidates shortlisted in 1 & 2 round and will undergo psychometric test and a-1 medical test, details of which will be shared later.

details:

1) suitable candidates will receive training in train operations. during the training period, a stipend of rs. 15,050/- per month (with esic / pf cover) will be paid. the training period can be last up to 4-5 months. statutory deductions for esic / pf will apply. allowances are not applicable during training.

2) after training, a competency examination will be conducted. if the candidate does not pass the competency exam on the first attempt, they will be given a second chance. if the candidate fails in the second attempt, they will be disqualified and removed.
