Job Role:An ITI Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical wiring, equipment, and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial setups.Key Responsibilities:Installation Work:Install electrical wiring, fixtures, control panels, and distribution boards.Connect transformers, circuit breakers, switches, and relays.Maintenance & Repair:Inspect and repair electrical systems, wiring faults, and equipment malfunctions.Preventive maintenance of motors, lighting, and power systems.Testing & Safety:Use testing tools like multimeters and megger for insulation testing.Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.Operation Support:Monitor and maintain uninterrupted power supply.Assist in shutdown maintenance and load management.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain maintenance logs and daily activity reports.
