Electrical Design Engineer Job Vacancies in Bhopal

Develop detailed electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD / Revit / other tools. Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit, and protection coordination studies. Prepare single line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts. Design LV, MV, and HV electrical distribution systems, earthing, and lightning protection. Selection of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, panels, UPS, DG sets, and lighting systems. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications. Ensure designs comply with national and international standards (e.g., IS, IEC, IEEE, NEC, NBC). Coordinate with architects, civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other discipline engineers for integrated design. Review vendor drawings and conduct technical evaluations. Support project execution team with design clarifications and modifications.

prepare the designs of the Pumping Stations/WTP/IBPS/Substations upto132 kV for Engineering, Proposal and Tendering Support1. Prepare design and details of Engineering &Design of High Voltage and Low Voltage Power Distribution2. Prepare design and details of Electrical Design& Equipment Sizing e.g. ,Load List,Transformer Sizing,Generator Sizing,Capacitor Sizing,Cable Sizing,Switchgear Sizing, Protection, Mechanical, and Instrumentation systems and components of required specifications. etc.3. Prepare design and details of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems and components of required specifications.4. Prepare/ review design and details of Piping and Instrumentation Diagram and implementation of PLC and SCADA.5. Detailed engineering for various pumps, electrical motors with all related electrical panels, Cable trays, Earthing and Lightning System.6. Give necessary inputs to draftsperson and review drawings of Pump stations, WTP, substation buildings and equipments.7. Liaising with clients and contractors on day-to-day basis.8. Technical evaluation and review of vendor documents like GA drawings /Schematic drawings.9. Technical support to site at the time of project execution and commissioning.10. Detailed knowledge about selection of pumps, electrical motors, Transformers, Cables and valves etc.11. Comprehensive understanding of Electrical health and safety requirements.12. Design experience of water supply/WTP/STP/Sewer projects will be considered.Pre-Bid Design:13. Study of tender documents and prepare technical quarries.14. Prepare the Bill of quantity for electro-mechanical and instrumentation works for tender estimates.
