Electrical Design Engineer

Develop detailed electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD / Revit / other tools. Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit, and protection coordination studies. Prepare single line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts. Design LV, MV, and HV electrical distribution systems, earthing, and lightning protection. Selection of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, panels, UPS, DG sets, and lighting systems. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications. Ensure designs comply with national and international standards (., IS, IEC, IEEE, NEC, NBC). Coordinate with architects, civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other discipline engineers for integrated design. Review vendor drawings and conduct technical evaluations. Support project execution team with design clarifications and modifications.
