Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Education Loan (EL) Telecalling Team.As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students who want to travel abroad for higher studies and assisting them in availing education loans.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Make telephonic calls to prospective students/parents for education loan services. Product knowledge: Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Data Management& Follow up: Handle inbound queries regarding education loans and follow up on potential leads and ensure timely loan processing and maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system. Cross-Selling Products: Educate and advise students on the benefits of additional financial products such as credit cards and checking accounts to support their overseas education journey. Customer Relationship: Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals and documentation and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance customer trust and satisfaction, ensuring long-term loyalty.Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office Knowledge is referred)Eligibility: Qualification: Any graduate Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales, marketing, business development or finance is an advantage.
