Mechanical Draftsman Graduate Fresher Jobs in Ahmedabad

Responsibilities: Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Develop engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions.Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.Work closely with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with industry standards.Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback into final models.Modify existing designs to improve functionality, cost-effectiveness, and performance.Maintain design documentation and version control of CAD files.Support prototype development and participate in testing or evaluation.Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, engineering standards, and customer specifications.Requisite Skills: 2 - 5 years of experience in product or mechanical design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and materials.Experience in designing Mechanical engineering components and Fabrication. Desired Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.Good communication and teamwork skills.Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial DesignRelevant Experience: 2 - 6 years of experience in sales or application engineering for Conveyors, or related pneumatic systems.Proven track record in technical sales and customer acquisition.CTC per annum: 3 to 3.5 Lac Total Experience: 2Will travel?
