Collaborate with clients to interpret their vision and needs.- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with various teams, including engineering and construction.- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using software tools. Ensure all plans comply with local building codes and regulations.- Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with junior architects and design teams, providing guidance and support. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems. Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations. Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.Experience & Qualification ITI Civil/ Diploma Civil 15 years experience Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
