Senior Architect - Full Time

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and demonstrate a solid understanding of design concepts, project management, and architectural regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create innovative architectural designs that meet project requirements while considering functionality and aesthetics. Collaborate with clients to interpret their vision and needs.

- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with various teams, including engineering and construction.

- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using software tools. Ensure all plans comply with local building codes and regulations.

- Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with junior architects and design teams, providing guidance and support. Share knowledge to improve overall team performance.
