We are looking to develop the project from a floor plan into a complete 3D design.The structure will be steel, with walls combining glass and aluminum framing, PUF panels, and cement boards, finished with suitable interior and exterior cladding (PVC or similar). The bathroom will use tiles or any appropriate finish.We also require full MEP detailing, including solar and automation.
