You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.Maintain and grow the companys social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.Manage and improve content across digital channels (website, blogs, email newsletters).Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.13 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.Proficiency in content marketing and social media strategies.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with CRM and email marketing tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).Preferred Skills:Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management.Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.Knowledge of e-commerce marketing is a bonus.
