Job Title - Faade Designer /Senior Faade DesignerAbout Us We are a faade system company where we provide complete package for facades including consulting, design, fabrication and installation support.Location ThaneExperience 1 to 5 yearsQualification Graduation/ BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/B.ArchJob Summary Faade designer will oversee the shop drawings, concept drawings & fabrication of the faade system.Job Description - Preparation of Material Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering. Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations. Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals. Issuance of RFI Monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with Clients, Project Engineers/Leaders and update drawings as required Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentationDesired Candidate profile Working knowledge of 3D design software Autocad, Revit Attention to detail & accuracy Ability to work to tight deadlines Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience

Preparation of Instrumentation Engineering Deliverables Like Instrument Index, Instrument I/O List,Datasheets for Various Instruments, Specification Sheet, JB Terminal Drawing ,JB Specification, Hookup Drawing , Cable Specification, Cable Schedule, Cable Block Diagram, Instrument Plot Plan.Review P&IDs, Hook-ups, Location Plan, and Piping Isometrics etc.Project Specific RFQ/ TBA Preparation.Vendor Data Review (VDR) for Various Instrumentation Procurement.Vendor GA drawing & ITP Review with approval & Final Inspection with Third Party Inspector.Hazardous Area ClassificationMS office (Word, Excel, Power point) , AUTOCAD
