THE DESIGN MANAGER (HVAC) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING, PLANNING, AND EXECUTING HVAC( HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR-CONDITIONING) PROJECTS FROM INCEPTION TO COMPLETION. THIS ROLE INVOLVES MANAGING BUDGETS, SCHEDULES, RESOURCES, AND TEAMS WHILE ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS, SAFETY REGULATIONS, AND CLIENT REQUIREMENTS. EDUCATION- BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, HVAC ENGINEERING; OR A RELATED FIELD.EXPERIENCE--5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HVAC DESIGN MANAGEMENT, WITH EXPERTISE IN COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL HVAC SYSTEMS.CERTIFICATIONS; PMP, LEED, OR HVAC -RELATED CERTIFICATIONS ARE PREFERRED.

He is responsible for feature deployment, stability of the businesss core platform stability, architecture, security, performance, availability and functionality.The Head of Engineering plays a leadership role in the engineering department where he seeks excellence in all engineering disciplines inclusive of data processing, quality assurance, application development, analytics, machine learning, algorithms, and data warehousing.In this position, the Head of Engineering manages the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams as well as the management and execution of site/software development projects against delivery commitments and project plans.He takes the lead with a profound understanding of new and relevant technologies for the purpose of realizing efficiency.
