THE DESIGN MANAGER (HVAC) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING, PLANNING, AND EXECUTING HVAC( HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR-CONDITIONING) PROJECTS FROM INCEPTION TO COMPLETION. THIS ROLE INVOLVES MANAGING BUDGETS, SCHEDULES, RESOURCES, AND TEAMS WHILE ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS, SAFETY REGULATIONS, AND CLIENT REQUIREMENTS. EDUCATION- BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, HVAC ENGINEERING; OR A RELATED FIELD.EXPERIENCE--5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HVAC DESIGN MANAGEMENT, WITH EXPERTISE IN COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL HVAC SYSTEMS.CERTIFICATIONS; PMP, LEED, OR HVAC -RELATED CERTIFICATIONS ARE PREFERRED.

The Head of Engineering presides over the entire Frontend and Backend development teams.He drives the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of websites, applications and mobile sites to support the business and product.The Head of Engineering leads the development teams and collaborates with other business verticals in order to roll out new systems, services and applications and implement the ongoing process improvements of the current systems.The Head of Engineering keeps up with new technologies and identifies correct schema for the sites/software in development.This leader has a strong vision for the department and promotes the best organizational patterns and practices.He tackles high-level challenges and balances quality software with speed. He is responsible for feature deployment, stability of the businesss core platform stability, architecture, security, performance, availability and functionality.The Head of Engineering plays a leadership role in the engineering department where he seeks excellence in all engineering disciplines inclusive of data processing, quality assurance, application development, analytics, machine learning, algorithms, and data warehousing.In this position, the Head of Engineering manages the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams as well as the management and execution of site/software development projects against delivery commitments and project plans.He takes the lead with a profound understanding of new and relevant technologies for the purpose of realizing efficiency. Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning:o Assist in developing and implementing production plans to meet the standardsand timelines.o Collaborate with the Head of Production to ensure efficient use of resourcesand time.2. Floor Planning:o Organize and manage production floors, optimizing workflow to ensuremaximum efficiency.o Allocate tasks to masters and tailors and track productivity.3. Team Management:o Supervise masters and tailors to ensure production processes meet quality andefficiency benchmarks.o Identify areas for improvement in production techniques and suggest processimprovements.4. Design Coordination:o Liaise with the design team to understand design specifications and translatethem into production processes.o Ensure that design requirements are communicated effectively to productionunits.5.
